Passenger plane from UAE to India makes emergency landing in Pakistan

The passenger plane of IndiGo Airlines, which took off from Sharjah, UAE, to Hyderabad, India, made an emergency landing in Karachi, Pakistan.

In a statement from IndiGo Airlines, “The 6E-1406 IndiGo Airlines passenger plane was diverted to Karachi on its way from Sharjah to Hyderabad. The pilot has detected a technical malfunction. Necessary procedures were followed and the plane landed in Karachi as a precaution. An additional flight was sent to Karachi to take passengers to Hyderabad” it was said.

Last week, a SpiceJet passenger plane made an emergency landing in Karachi after the pilot detected abnormal fuel loss during the Delhi-Dubai flight.
