A staff member named Volkan K., who was determined to demand parking fee and receive money from the citizens who wanted to park their vehicles on Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Street in Kadıköy District and around the Kadıköy Marriage Office, was physically followed by the Civil Traffic Police.
