UAE President Al Nahyan passed away, Erdogan will visit condolences

Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), passed away. Due to the death of 73-year-old Al Nahyan, 40 days of mourning were declared in the country.

Following the death of Al Nahyan, President of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, made a statement. Speaking to the press after the Friday prayer, Erdogan said that he will pay a three-day visit to the United Arab Emirates for condolences.

Erdogan, “He had a disease for a long time. Today he was reunited with the Most Merciful. May my Lord forgive his negligence and treat him with heaven. We will visit him for condolences” made a statement.

Erdogan also published a message of condolence on Al Nahyan’s death on his official social media account. President of AKP in his message “It is with great sadness that I learned of the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates and Emir of Abu Dhabi, my dear brother Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. May God have mercy on the deceased, my condolences to the brotherly people of the United Arab Emirates.” used the phrases.
