Red painted protest against Russian Ambassador to Warsaw Andreev

Activists in Poland attacked the Russian Ambassador to Warsaw, Sergey Andreev, with red paint.

A group of activists opposing Russia’s war in Ukraine threw red paint at Ambassador Andreev as he visited the Soviet soldier’s cemetery in Warsaw.

Andreev’s face, hands, and clothing were smeared with red paint.

Protesters, carrying Ukrainian flags, chanted anti-Russian slogans.

Later, the security forces arrived at the scene.
