Libya.. Parliament approves the start of the work of the Bashagha government from Sirte

A spokesman for the eastern-based Libyan parliament said that the council agreed in a vote on Tuesday that the government appointed this year, headed by Fathi Bashagha, start working from the city of Sirte (central north of the country).
