In Abu Dhabi.. The opening of the World Council of Muslim Communities Conference

At the opening of the conference, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence in the UAE, stressed that Muslim societies face grave challenges, but in return he emphasized the existence of favorable opportunities for Islamic countries to take their place on the international scene, where Islamic unity contributes to achieving Security, development and food security.

The conference will discuss about 100 scientific papers and lectures related to Islamic unity, and its contributions to the development and advancement of religious, human and natural sciences, arts and literature, or to the contributions of Islamic unity to the development and development of Muslim societies, the eradication of poverty in them and the advancement of education and scientific research, or in facing the challenges faced by Muslim societies, whether Extremism and violence, or intolerance, partisanship and sectarianism.

In addition to the UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Egyptian Minister of Awqaf Muhammad Mukhtar Jumaa, Syrian Minister of Awqaf Muhammad Abdul Sattar al-Sayed, President of Religious Affairs in Turkey Ali Erbash, and Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hussein Ibrahim Taha will participate.

The World Council of Muslim Communities is an international, non-governmental council that was established on May 8, 2018, and is based in Abu Dhabi. More than 900 Islamic organizations and institutions from 142 countries are affiliated with it. and coordination among them.
